USTA Southern California is pleased to announce the 2021 Women’s Intersectionals teams.
From nearly a hundred applications, just 42 players were selected to represent Southern California at the annual Intersectional National team competition. Teams are made up of 21 returning players and 19 players making their debut at the event.
Women’s Intersectionals is the largest women’s tournament of the year and brings in the best players from around the country to represent their section in age divisions between 35 and 80. For the first time this year, an 85s age group will also compete to crown a division champion.
