What do you know about your blood pressure?
Understanding your blood pressure and where it needs to be isn’t something that’s on the top of everyone’s to-do list. But understanding what it is, what it does and what it needs to do is something you need to know regarding your overall cardiovascular health.
That’s why WebMD has put together the High Blood Pressure IQ quiz to test your blood pressure knowledge.
It’s a quick quiz with only eight questions and should take you under five minutes to complete. Submit your answers to see if you’re as knowledgeable as you should be.
Test your vision
Can you see properly? Even if you already wear glasses, it could be time for a new prescription or lenses. One way to tell before you head to the optometrist is with one of the many Essilor Eye Tests.
You can see if you have Myopia or hyperopia, test both your near and far vision, find out if you could have astigmatism or self-diagnose yourself with daltonism. The tests are quick and easy to take and can help you understand your eyesight a little better.
Color vision test
According to colourblindawareness.com, an estimated 8% of men are colorblind, and about 0.5% of women are colorblind. While there is no cure or treatment, you can determine if you need to talk to your eye doctor about colorblindness. You can start that process by giving yourself a color vision test.
It’s easy to take. Simply look at circles and try to determine what number is shown within them. To start, tap or click here.
Note: No matter what your results are, make sure to consult your eye doctor for a more in-depth exam.
What’s your real age?
Just how old are you really? There could be a difference between how old you actually are and how old your body thinks you are, but which is your “real” age?
To take the test, you’ll need to provide some personal information and create an account. This includes your name, email address, gender and ZIP code.
Once your account is created, you’ll be able to take the RealAge Test. You can skip the first screen, but to continue, you’ll need to dedicate approximately 20 minutes to fill out the questionnaire about your personal and family medical history, diet, exercise habits, sleeping patterns, behaviors and existing conditions.
The RealAge test will then analyze the given data and tell you your “real” age. For example, if you’re 35 and get a score of 30, you’ve got the health of someone five years younger than the average 35-year-old.
