Nineteen-year-old former US Open Boys’ singles finalist Tommy Paul was announced as the top seeded men’s player as the singles and doubles main draw was revealed. Paul opens play in Long Beach on Tuesday against Russian Markos Kalovelonis. Last week’s USC winner Mackenzie McDonald will start play on Wednesday against qualifier from the University of Virginia J.C. Aragone.
